Brook Jones is a seasoned business leader and experienced marketing professional with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Communications from Mississippi State University. With over 20 years of real estate, property management, and vacation rental experience, she has worked for industry leaders such as Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Kaiser Realty, and Coldwell Banker. In addition to her years of property management and real estate sales experience, Brook has worked within industries such as tourism, finance, healthcare, non-profit, entrepreneurship and many more. Brook succeeds in taking complex company divisions, products, and services and developing streamlined operational and marketing plans that offer each area a strategy for success of the company. Over her career, Brook has worked to educate businesses on the importance of the company’s operations, communication, customer service and marketing strategies in an effort to create a cohesive and customer focused business. In her free time, Brook enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on the beach with a good book.
Lee Ann Jones
Lee Ann Jones joined our Coastline Management team as the Human Resources Director in August of 2020. She supports the management team by providing human resource insight and direction to help the company achieve its goals while being competitive and compliant with federal, state and in-house policies and procedures. Lee Ann holds both PHR and SHRM-CP certifications making her well versed in the HR world. She says she enjoys working at Coastline for many reasons, but the culture of being a work family is a big part of it. When Lee Ann isn’t working she likes to spend her time at the beach, or working in her yard. Her favorite quote is “ Happiness is a state of mind. Brooks Simpson spent 28 years working in the oil industry. He has held many titles throughout the years including Project Manager and Operations Manager. Most recently Brooks was the General Manager of a well service company. Throughout the years, Brooks has gained an exponential amount of management and leadership experience and has since joined the Coastline Management team as the Facilities Director where he oversees the facilities and maintenance department making sure that all jobs are completed efficiently, and in a timely manner. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Gulf Shores Area Association Manager
Nancy Wood founded Coastline Management in 2006, and is still a huge part of our team today. She has around 40 years of experience in real estate and property management and brings a wealth of knowledge to Coastline as a whole. Nancy serves Coastline as the Gulf Shores Area Association Manager where she works with and assists our other Association Managers and their assigned associations making sure all of the needs of the Associations are met, and everyone is satisfied. Not only does she assist our other managers; Nancy still manages many properties herself. She says she enjoys all parts of her job, but most of all she likes to be out and about checking her properties, interacting with people, and even working with developers. She spends her time away from work at church, she says that is her happy place when she’s not working.
Orange Beach Area Association Manager
Nat Pruitt brings a wealth of knowledge and good information to our Coastline Management team with over 25 years of experience in the Homeowner Association business. As our Orange Beach Area Association Manager, Nat oversees a variety of Associations helping to maintain the properties all while keeping the Owners and Board Members happy and satisfied. When he isn’t at working Nat enjoys painting and watching Alabama football!

Dana Mills holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama and a Masters of Accounting from the University of South Alabama. She joined the Coastline Management team as the company's Comptroller. Dana handles accounting for the associations, oversees other accounting functions for Coastline, and also takes care of accounting services for American Protection Services. Prior to joining Coastline, she worked at Grant, Sanders and Taylor, PC as a senior accountant for 4 years, overseeing taxes and audits for associations and businesses and at Kaiser Realty, Inc. as the Controller handling several Associations, along with Kaiser accounting, for 16 years. She has always enjoyed getting to interact with the associations while still getting to do what she loves; numbers. When not working Dana enjoys spending time on the water, reading, and attending her son’s sporting events.
