Common Area Cleaners Quality Standards

• Clean and maintain assigned common areas of condominium. This includes but limited to lobby, restrooms, meeting rooms, parking lot and walkways.

• Report maintenance issued for repairs.

• Clean pool and grill areas.

• Remove trash from common areas

• Assist Association Manager with assigned projects.
