HOA Accountant Clerk

Full Job Description

Processes all accounting payable or receivables for properties in accordance with accepted accounting principles.

Match Vendor invoices to purchase orders and verifies receipts.

Works with all areas of the organization to ensure proper coding and handling of invoices.

Verifies approval/authorization limits.

Work with App Folio and batches invoicing

Gathers vendor information for 1099 processing.

Responsible for writing and getting proper authorization for adjustment to accounts as needed.

Communicates with HOA Board on financial issues/accounts

Attends HOA Board meeting when needed.

At least 3 years experience in handling HOA accounts preferred.
